SW Planning has recently secured resolution to grant planning permission, subject to completing a S106 Agreement, for redevelopment of the Angel Way car park, Romford for 106 new apartments and commercial / community use.

We have also recently submitted two planning and listed building consent applications for Clannaborough Barton, to rectify unlawful work undertaken by previous owners, and change the use of the former farmhouse to tourism accommodation. Whilst in recent months we also secured some excellent planning successes with permissions being granted for:

  • 6 family houses at Keswick Avenue, in Hornchurch, for Mercury Land Holdings;
  • 34 family homes and apartments at Dorrington Gardens, Hornchurch for Mercury Land Holdings 
  • 9 houses (conversion and new build), at the locally listed former Century Youth House, Albert Road, Romford, for Mercury Land Holdings.
  • Two consents for the removal and replacement of combustible materials and build-ups in the existing external cladding materials on 10 buildings within the original phases 1 & 2 of Greenwich Millennium Village
