SW Planning has recently submitted a full planning application for redevelopment of the Angel Way car park, Romford for 105 new apartments and commercial / community use.  In recent months we also secured some excellent planning successes with permissions being granted for

  • 6 family houses at Keswick Avenue, in Hornchurch, for Mercury Land Holdings;
  • 34 family homes and apartments at Dorrington Avenue, Hornchurch for Mercury Land Holdings - subject to completing a S106 Agreement
  • 9 houses (conversion and new build), at the locally lsted former Century Youth House, Albert Road, Romford, for Mercury Land Holdings.
  • Two consents for the removal and replacement of combustible materials and build-ups in the existing external cladding materials on 10 buildings within the original phases 1 & 2 of Greenwich Millennium Village
