SW Planning has recently submitted a full planning application for a new 5,164 sqm health and wellbeing hub at the former St George's Hospital Site, Hornchurch.

In recent months we also secured some excellent planning successes with  permissions being granted for firstly, 37 houses on a mini Golf Course, in Upminster, for Mercury Land Holdings; 239 homes on industrial land in Rainham, for Rainham & Beam Park Regeneration LLP and finally a reserved matters consent for 119 homes and a community centre at Greenwich Millennium Village. 

These latter two successes follow on from a number of other site and phase consents for those projects respectively - as highlighted below and in our Projects page. 

Other recent planning successes include: 

  • Outline Planning Permission for a new 3,000 sq.m health centre, within the Green Belt, at St George's Hospital, Hornchurch
  • Two separate Reserved Matters Consents for 135 and 122 dwellings at Plots 301 and 202 respectively, at Greenwich Millennium Vilage 345, Greenwich Peninsula for GMVL
  • Rainham & Beam Park Regeneration LLP - Beam Parkway housing sites - we have secured two Outline Planning Permissions for this major regeneration project across 9 separate sites, for 110 new homes (Site NR04/05) and  259 new homes (Site NR09) respectively.  We have now secured 9 planning permissions for new housing and one for public realm works for this client from the 10 sites 'masterplan programme'. The project seeks major regenration of numerous existing industrial sites within Rainham for redevelopment for residential dwellings and new public realm works.  These lastest approvals makes a total of 882 dwellings approved across all sites.
