SW Planning has just secured Reserved Matters Consent for 135 dwellings for Greenwich Millennium Village Ltd at Plot 301, GMV Phases 345, Greenwich Peninsula.

Other recent planning successes include: 

  • Rainham & Beam Park Regeneration LLP - Beam Parkway housing sites - we have secured two recent successes for this major regeneration scheme, being an Outline Permission on Site NR04/05 for 110 new homes and resolution to grant OPP for 259 new homes at Site NR09. The resolution is subject to a Stage 2 referral to the GLA. 
  • We have now secured 8 planning permissions and 1 resolution to grant consent for this client from the 10 sites 'masterplan programme'. The project seeks major regenration of numerous existing industrial sites within Rainham for redevelopment for residential dwellings and new public realm works.  These lastest approvals makes a total of 643 dwellings approved across the eight housing sites to date.  One remaining live application will deliver a further 239 new homes, as currently proposed.  
  • Goldmsiths' Centre - Advertisement consent for works to erect a new Coat of Arms on the main elevation of the Goldsmiths' Centre building, in Farringdon, London
  • Hollybrook Homes and National Grid Twenty-Seven Ltd - full planning permission for redevelopment of a former gas works site in Romford, for 82 new homes.
  • South London & Maudsley NHS Trust: 84-86 Rye Lane, Peckham - Full Planning Permission for 9 apartments and a new commercial unit within Classes A1 - A3 use
  • Greenwich Millennium Village Ltd: GMV345, Plots 302, 303 & 304 - Reserved Matters Consent for 170 dwellings and four commercial units for  613 sq.m Classes A1 - A4 use
  • Greenwich Millennium Village Ltd: GMV345, Plots 204 & 205 - Reserved Matters Consent for 112 dwellings.
  • Countryside Properties: Great Kneighton, Cambridge, Parcel 8A - Reserved Matters Consent for 67 dwellings.
  • Matchroom Sport: Upper Bedfords, Romford - Full Planning and Listed Building Consent for 8 conversion and new build dwellings, in the Green Belt.
  • NHS Property Services: St George's Hospital, Hornchurch - Outline Planning Permission for 290 dwellings, in the Green Belt.
